<b> Overall:</b> I beleive that I was overcharged by the GDK Car Care Center. My radiator ran hot and overheated, I was able to get the CCC and I thought that they would get the lowest price I ended up paying $430.00 for service and I went online to see how much a radiator would cost and Raditor Express was $151.75...there Number is 866-723-3977...I would have saved $140.00 as a retired veteran I asked the owner, do you have any discounts or any incentives I really though that at the most they would have charged me $280.00 to $300.00 they went out of there way to give me a high estimate they got a part in early they morning the ownere said that the part was bent.. they returned and when I returne that afternoon they were closing at 5:00pm and said that the my car would be ready around 1000 that did not happen the part from Chatham Radiator didnt come in until after 1100 and was $264.20. Now if this CCC is for parts that cost that much someone is making a lot of monyey. They went to whom they wanted to go to they did not research and the Intake person got very anygry that I questioned these prices.. Now they dont have any MINORITIES in this Faith Christian Family Owned Business now I didnt question that.....!!!!<br /><br /><b>Value:</b> Not honest<br /><br /><b>Service:</b> was not impressed<br /><br /><b>Quality:</b> poor<br />
Pros: Minorites need hiring, service intake person needs Management Training on how to deal with issues that are not satisfying to her instead showing a racist attitude.
Cons: This intire establishment needs Training Management in Business ethics and conduct...I was overcharged.
