Avoid!!
I tried this restaurant once and got terrible food poisoning from the spanakopita (it tasted odd, as if it were old). The place doesn't seem to be that clean. Eat at your own risk!

Aboslutely Fantastic!
I went to this place about a month ago and the food was absolutely amazing!!!! I ordered the felafel and the hummus and they we're both wonderful. You could tell that the felafel was hand made and not processed as well as the hummus. The service was pretty good too. The owner, a Persian man, was kind and friendly. There is also a hooka bar on the second floor where many SCAD students tend to hang out. There was a variety of selections on the tobacco and the atmosphere was very "homey" and comfortable. The area is decorated with several oriental rugs and table cloths and you can even have a table set out on the balcony as you enjoy your hooka. Overall I recommend this place to ANYONE. Great place and great food.

Worse Falafel and Service
I stopped in on a Monday afternoon for lunch and there were no customers, so this should have been a great sign that the food was not so hot. My husband and I order lunch to go. There was only one person running the restaurant, who was also the cook. My first thought after looking over the menu was that the food was extremely over priced. The menu consist of merely street food and the appetizers, salads and sides are as expensive as the entrees. I ordered the Falafel, which is something I have eaten at many places in the US and over seas.

When I got home with the food and opened the box, the salad on top was not fresh. The Ice Burg lettuce was brown and was the from the core. The tomoto was a mush and there was a strange cut of cucumber. Over all, the presentation was sloppy and not appealing. So, I did what any normal person would do after spending over $10 for a falafel, I scrapped the brown lettuce in the trash and attempted to eat the thing. It was horrible, mushy, oily and looked like something from a baby's diaper.

We immediately called the cook back and he was not apologetic, and told us in 8yrs no one ever complained. I am shocked! He did not offer a resolve and acted as if this was our problem. I think he should be embarrassed to serve such poor qulaity food that was obliviously old.

On top of that, this is a Middle Eastern eatery that is flying the Greek flag. I just don't get it!

Be Ware! Over Priced Food and Terrible Service!

Excellent middle eastern food and hookah bar
I live in Savannah and pass this restaurant often. I decided to try it the other night and was very pleased. Their gyros and hummus are fantastic. The owner is also very friendly and hospitable. You can also go upstairs to a hookah bar and choose from quite a few flavors of high quality imported tobacco. The pricing is quite reasonable for the quality food you receive. I would definitely recommend supporting this local business, their food and hookahs are amazing and the customer service is unbeatable.

Over priced
The place had more of a cafe atmosphere (no air conditioning) and the food was definitely over priced. The appetizers cost as much as the entree's and were not really very impressive. The table's needed to be wiped down and there was only one person taking all the orders and cooking the food. The person running the place is Persian which i believe is not really middle eastern. The food was more Mediterranean style than middle eastern.
