I purchased a car from this dealership six months ago and I am very dissatisfied with with the service I have received. I did not receive an owner's manual or an extra key when I purchased my car, but was told they would mail these items to me since I live six hours away. I have contacted the dealership five times and still have not received these items. Every time I call they tell me these items will be shipped the next day and they are so sorry it has not been taken care of. However, it has been over six months and I still haven't received anything. I am very unhappy because I cannot use the options on my car without the owner's manual!
