VCA advertising said, "Appointments perferred" for the wellness clinic. This is not to say required. When I showed up they stated that they only do them by appointment, but if I insisted that I could wait. When they put me in a room they said two patients were ahead of me. After two hours, I still had not been seen. I believe making me wait was intentional on their part.
Pros: Flexible hours/Wellness Clinic
Cons: Lack of customer service and concern for the animals they treat.
Price Range: $1 - $5
