Dr Douglas is our choice of vets at VCA- Savannah. She is very caring, compassionate, and thorough. We trust her completely with our 2 dogs and 4 cats. And they trust her. She has come to our aid many times and goes the extra mile in caring for the patient and the family. She is always sensitive to the animal as well as the human. Thank you Dr. D., for being the kind of vet you are.

VCA advertising said, "Appointments perferred" for the wellness clinic. This is not to say required. When I showed up they stated that they only do them by appointment, but if I insisted that I could wait. When they put me in a room they said two patients were ahead of me. After two hours, I still had not been seen. I believe making me wait was intentional on their part.
